Long/short equity fundamentally driven hedge fund based in Midtown Manhattan
General Details:
Type: Unpaid Internship Position
Opening: Immediate
Location: Midtown Manhattan
Hours: FULL-TIME preferable but Hours are flexible

Interest in hedge fund trading and equity research

Description:
Seeking an intern to assist the portfolio manager and trader. Internship consists of a mixture of quantitative and computer driven analysis of equities, including using Bloomberg and other data sources to monitor lists of stocks to be examined further, and various projects related to the further examination of these stocks.
Responsibilities will include
• Reviewing stock earnings during earning season
• Daily review of stock upgrades/downgrades
• Monitoring news and performance of existing portfolios and watchlists
• Working with excel and Bloomberg
